Hi! I’m Sarah.

I shape evidence-based service and product solutions through human-centered research and collaboration.

This is a picture of me.

I’m a UX + Human Factors Researcher.

I use human-centered design methods, including service design and trauma-informed principles, to translate complex human needs into streamlined service and product experiences.

This is my portfolio, where you’ll find examples of my work.

My projects detail my human-centered design, user research, and service design skills.

I earned my MS in Information Science with a focus on Human-Computer Interaction from UNC’s School of Information and Library Science.

I completed UNC’s Graduate Certificate in Innovation for the Public Good while working on my master’s degree.

I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from UNC Wilmington and a Graduate Certificate in Professional Communication from ECU.
